rainrainsound is a free, browser-based ambient sound mixer. This page explains what information is involved when you use the site, the cookies it uses, and the choices you have. We aim to keep data collection to a minimum.
Who we are

Information the site uses
You do not need an account to use rainrainsound, and we do not ask for your name, email or any sign-in details to use the mixer.
- On-device settings. Your sound mixes, visual preferences and similar settings are stored locally in your browser (using local storage) so the site remembers them on your next visit. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.
- Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (for example, which pages are visited and on what kind of device) so we can improve it.
- Advertising. We show ads through Google AdSense to help keep the site free.
